Brookshire, a process engineer, S & B provides an array of fully integrated engineering and construction services to the chemical, petrochemical and refining industries. Its original offices and headquarters are located on Park Place Boulevard near the Hobby Airport and Houston Ship Channel industrial complex. S & B also has locations in Clute, Texas, Greenville, South Carolina and throughout Louisiana in addition to several other offices in the Houston area.
