About RVI
Riverview Industries, Inc., was established as a private non-profit organization in 1998. Although all service providers in Ohio are now required to be separate from the local county boards of developmental disabilities, RVI was one of the first in the state to be an independent employment and habilitation center. Through the years, the organization has expanded beyond the traditional workshop setting. The company's Contracted Services Department provides janitorial and other services to local business, while making employment opportunities available to the people the company serves. In the company's Residential-Sense of Self Department, staff members provide homemaker and personal care services, transportation, and support.
