Owner Frank P. Russo always had a passion for landscaping. He started Russo's Landscape in 1973 and has driven it from the ground up... . He is passionate about his work and takes great strides in taking his original landscapes to the next level. It was formed in San Diego, California and for the past 35 years has been located in the neighborhood of Rancho Penasquitos. Russo's Landscape is a custom design/installation landscape construction company. Serving mostly the greater San Diego area, our developments can be found from Newport Beach to San Ysidro.
