Early 1980: Construction began on the Cape Breton System which included areas such as Louisdale, Mabou, Port Hood, Inverness, Arichat, Canso, etc. Early 1980: RuSh Communications Ltd. began construction in other areas of Nova Scotia which included areas such as Enfield, Elmsdale, Milford, Stewiacke, Annapolis Royal, Bridgetown, Lawrencetown, Church Point, Metaghen, Saulnierville, etc. December 2000: RuSh Communications Ltd. launched Digital Cable TV throughout the Milford Nova Scotia system. May 2002: RuSh Communications Ltd. launched High Speed Internet and began to bundle services for better discounts to their subscribers. September 2003: RuSh Communications Ltd. launched High Speed Internet service in Clare and offers bundled services to give customers better discounts.
