Ron has over 40 years of experience in commercial construction having worked with dozens of nationally known retailers to expand their market presence. David has served as President since 2003. As a second-generation company leader, David has continued the rapid growth of the company and has led the expansion into three diversified division: RSI Construction, which now includes large residential projects, RSI Development, and RSI Facilities. Although raised within the company, DJ joined full-time in 2010 after earning his degree in Construction Management. DJ has cultivated growth and expansion by keeping RSI ahead of the curve in technology, building practices, and management techniques. DJ currently serves as EVP/Chief Operating Officer for RSI. Chip brings over 20 years experience in commercial construction including retail, finish out, millwork, and other critical construction skills.
