Our new E-ACT Royton & Crompton Academy Website is under construction and will be available very soon. We had an information session in October for parents and carers about the ambassador group which the academy is setting up this term. Please contact school reception to arrange collection during the week of the 12th November 2018. Please make sure that all applications are completed prior to this date. Year 11s can seek support from their form tutors or from the schools Career Adviser - Andy Lord. Bury College are to hold an Open Day on Saturday 10 November. The event will start at 11.00 am and conclude at 1.00 pm. All pupils should be accompanied by an adult. Hopwood Hall College are to hold an Open Evening on Thursday 15 November at both their Rochdale and Middleton campuses. The events will commence at 4.00 pm and conclude at 7.00 pm. Please check which campus to attend, depending on the course(s) you may be interested in. Pupils should be accompanied by an adult. Rochdale Sixth Form College are to hold an Open Evening on Thursday 15 November. The evening will commence at 4.00 pm and conclude at 7.00 pm. Pupils should be accompanied by an adult. The Oldham College will be holding an Open Day on Saturday 17 November. The event will start at 11.00 am and conclude at 2.00 pm. Once again, pupils should be accompanied by an adult. The academy is aware of a video currently being circulated on social media involving pupils in a physical altercation on a public road. At Royton and Crompton E-ACT Academy, we absolutely do not tolerate physical or verbal abuse of any kind amongst pupils, and we are taking this matter extremely seriously.
