Wm. T. Royster & Associates, Inc. is a Manufacturers' Representative firm founded in February 1979 by President, Bill Royster. Looking to our future, we try to identify Industry trends and innovative opportunities to increase productivity for our customers and manufacturers. Our Company is successful when we make our customers and our manufacturers... more profitable. Our corporate office and warehouse are in Pineville, NC (located just outside of Charlotte and next to the South Carolina border). Sales offices are located in Greenville, SC and Greensboro, NC. Our customers and competitors perceive our Company as honest and as "one of the best rep firms in the Carolinas." Our employees are competent and responsive to our customers and factories needs. We provide start-up service and troubleshoot equipment. We actively promote our factories products at trade shows, advertise in trade magazines and present our products direct face-to-face with customers. We support our customers with counter days, outings and continuing education through product meetings. Our Company is very strong with the engineering community. We support ASPE through meeting attendance, research funding and social outings. Three of our Associates have served on three different ASPE Chapter boards. Bill Royster is a Full Member of ASHRAE and has been active in ASHRAE since 1966. Our Company participates as a member in the North Carolina Association Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors (NCAPHCC) and the Mechanical Contractors Association of SC (MCASC) trade shows and advertise in the monthly trade magazines.Read More
