RoyalTech Beauty conducts strict quality control at each process as quality is the essential base for our business. Before production, all newly developed products will go through rigorous tests such as stability and capability tests. Quality control is applied to all processes from raw materials, components supply, production, filling, packing to... shipment. To ensure our products meet universal beauty standards, our QA laboratories are fully equipped to conduct various tests in-house - heavy metal analysis (lead, mercury, arsenic) microbiological test (bacterial colony quantity, fecal coliforms, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus, mildew, microzyme etc.), PH value, viscosity, saponification number, melting point, refraction rate, loss on drying, ignition loss, foam height, iodine value etc. We work with global major raw material suppliers such as ISP, BASF, CIBA, DOW CORNING, CRODA, to ensure product quality base. Our quality system, based on ISO9001, flows from raw materials, component management, semi-products manufacturing, filling, packing to final shipment. In addition, the system and policy are checked on a regular basis and we strive for continuous improvement. Our R&D team follows a pragmatic approach throughout the entire product development process. Each new raw material and formula are studied and analyzed carefully to make sure they fully comply with safety, stability, purity, efficiency and application standards. To keep in line with latest technology, we regularly invite foreign experts to provide insights to new trends in the beauty industry and as well as on-site training for the staff. Also, our R&D engineers actively attend related seminars and training, both domestic and overseas. This ensures we continually apply new knowledge and techniques to product development & production processes.
