Since 2009, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Classic 500 motorcycle models have been manufactured. The Royal Enfield G2 350cc Bullet motorcycle, which was initially manufactured in 1948, served as the model for the Classic line of Royal Enfield motorbikes. The new unit construction engine is present in the 350cc and 500cc varieties of the first-ge... neration besides 350 and Classic 500, respectively. However, the Classic 500 features EFI, whereas the 350 utilises a carburettor. The Classic 500 does not have an ammeter, but the Classic 350 has, along with an engine check and low fuel indicator light. The ammeter on the 350 is more of a relic since it serves no purpose in the contemporary 350. The ammeter would remain in the middle on older models that had CB points while the piston was at the top dead centre (CB points closed). Both the Classic 350 and the Classic 500 come in a variety of color options, including; Stealth Black, Chrome, Battle Green, and Gunmetal Grey. 2017 saw Royal Enfield upgrade Classic 500 bikes with Euro 4 compliance, which featured stronger emission than control systems and front and rear ABS brakes. In some markets, Royal Enfield introduced Classic 350 bikes with ABS in 2018.
