Rover Alcisa owns, since year 1998 an IQNet quality certification UNE-EN ISO 9001, since 2001 an IQNet environmental certification UNE-EN ISO 14001, and since 2005 the OHSAS safety certification 18001, and was one of the first construction companies in obtaining the above certifications. As a natural continuation of the policies of the Rover Alcisa... Group, Iberovas company is also certified in IQNet standards UNE-EN ISO 9001, IQNet Have EN ISO 14001 y OHSAS 18001. These certifications are obtained thanks to our efficient management systems, applied rigorously, to ensure the correctness of all our activities and those of our suppliers, that such activities are interrelated with affected stakeholders. The 98% production of the Rover Alcisa Group runs under the strict requirements of a quality system based on ISO 9001 and certified by AENOR. Our system of quality management enables the monitoring and control of processes and activities, based on indicators that provide measurable information, and help facilitate our decision-making process, in order to implement actions that will improve our products, services and management processes, increasing our productivity. The quality management system also identifies the requirements of interest to our clients and compliance controls to enhance their satisfaction up to the extent of meeting all their needs and expectations. For each work, we specifically elaborate specific Quality Security Plans , or appropriate Management Plans Integrated Quality. We efficiently control all activities conducted, we adapt procedures to each specific case work , and verify the result of each phase of our activity.
