Founded as a sole practice in 1931 by the late John D. Ross, our firm now consists of four lawyers: John D. Ross, Jr. joined his father's practice in 1948 and though less active today, continues to offer invaluable advice and insight based on his extensive experience with personal injury and insurance defense work at both the trial and appellate court level. A former lecturer on Massachusetts trial practice and procedure at Western New England School of Law, his insight into litigation strategy and tactics is of great benefit to our firm's clients. Cauleen Ross Kearney earned her law degree from Boston College School of Law in 1984 and came to work with her father in 1985. Ross, III joined the firm in 1985 after graduating from Western New England School of Law.
