Great stuffed garlic knots, pizza and great service. Our waitress was so friendly! We got the meat pizza and loved it. Last week we had drinks on the patio at Rosies. We talked to the owners who was a very friendly, upbeat guy. The drinks were great and we enjoyed sitting outside on a warm October day!! My first trip to Pagosa Springs, what an amazing town. Im totally in love with it! Rosies staff is friendly, fun, and professional. The food was delicious and there was some cool, funky drinks to chose from. I recommend the blackberry mule. I just love this local pizza joint. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. Food was excellent. Service was quick and efficient. Sat on patio and social distancing was being observed. While visiting Pagosa Springs we tried Rosies based on TripAdvisor reviews and it did not disappoint. Service was great, food was great. We got salad and a pepperoni/sausage pizza. Both were excellent. Would recommend Rosies to anyone visiting the area. Had to switch to whole30 for a while so I ordered half vegan (vegetarian with no cheese) on cauliflower crust for me, and the other half meat lovers. We both enjoyed our meal immensely!
