Rosenberg Kolb Architects, P.C. is a New York City based design firm. Its partners, Eric Rosenberg and Michele Kolb, have many years of collective experience designing retail and hospitality spaces, corporate offices, schools and institutions, and residences. Rosenberg Kolb also provides real estate related services such as feasibility studies, base building work and consulting work on code and zoning issues. At least one of the partners is involved in managing work for every project. Clients' requirements, schedule and budget are carefully integrated into the design process from the outset of the project. Rosenberg Kolb develops design direction out of the needs and image of the client, not from unrelated design preferences.
