Born in France living on the Isle of Wight! Our story began with our family move to the South of France where the business, then called JustFrench, was born. (Chris had French lessons for over 20 years as he always knew he would one day live in France!) The first year was spent discovering and forming our range of stock with the following four year... s an exciting time of attending artisan markets, shows and events in the Languedoc region of the South of France. Rosalies of Cowes - its a family affair! When Rosalie moved back to the UK to do her A levels, Linda and Chris were invited to participate in the biggest French and German market in Europe and the British market went mad for our French products! Following this success, the family moved back to the Isle of Wight and a pop-up show at Cowes Week, later we opened our first official JustFrench shop in Cowes. By 2015, having introduced so many Isle of Wight artisan ranges of food and textiles into the mix, we were no longer JustFrench so we relaunched ourselves as Rosalies of Cowes! The shop is now a real family affair with products being made by Chriss Mother, Lindas Mother, Father and Sister, Chriss Sister, and Rosalies Auntie and Uncle-in-Law, along with Linda, Chris and Rosalie themselves! 2012 Linda and Chris move back to the UK; the Isle of Wight 2016 Rosalies of Cowes new website launches!
