Provide all needed supports and services to assist people with having the supports needed for desired outcomes in their lives. We aspire to support people with developmental disabilities and their guardians in finding the perfect residential Host Home! Our experienced staff work to match a persons unique needs and preferences with the Host Home that can best provide the needed supports. Though our services are limited to Residential Host Home, Roots staff have years of experience in this field and are able to give creative suggestions for holistic work/home/play needs! We believe leadership comes from the trenches rather than on high. We strive to work with you every step of the way to find the best supports! We contract with only the best Host Home Providers and ensure thorough background checks as well as intensive training, with annual re-certifications. Roots staff will complete annual assessments on each persons skills and abilities to monitor and guide the supports given.
