Root & Light

During this time, I have been re-imagining the role I would like Root & Light to take on in the spirituality/wellness sphere so that it is more aligned with my strengths and experiences, as well as more nutritive for all of my clients. The greatest and most difficult experience on my personal spiritual journey has been having to build a practice fr... om nothing, or what I perceived as nothing at the time. It can be difficult to feel a call to be more connected to something, but not know what that something is or how to even begin. Many of us come from rich spiritual heritages that we have not been, or are not aware of. There are many reasons for this, but for BIPOC in particular, slavery, colonization, and assimilation are often at the root of this issue, which can add extra complications on top of the already daunting task of seeking spiritual connection. I began my spiritual journey with the desire for deeper connection with myself, but what I found was so much more than I could have imagined. This is not a phenomenon unique to me or my specific lineage. We ALL have the ability to access and develop our own unique practices, if that is what we desire to do. What this means practically is that all services offered by Root & Light are being reformulated. In addition, there will be new offerings, products and content geared toward helping you reach your spiritual goals as well as to guide you down your very individual spiritual path, whatever it may be.
