Rolling Cases was founded at 1983. Our factory is located at Yavne, Israel. with more than 2000 square meter production line and 700 sq. meter for storage Rolling Cases and the subsidiary company, Clip- Lok Simpak are ISO certified. We're proud to be certified to standards under the ISO for a range of industries, from health care to aerospace, and... to meet mil-specs and other standards as well. The main activity of the company: packing design, packaging products (cases, bags boxes & more), packing consultant services and in-house foam cutting. We use variety of products & Materials such as: Wooden Boxes and crates, Plastic copolymer cases, Reinforced plastic boxes, Metal containers, Roto-molded boxes, Metal & wood combined cases, Commercial standard cases and boxes, Foam cutting, Soft materials packs. Our custom foam capabilities ensure that your products/equipment are protected and secure under any conditions. Our engineers use foam-fabricating equipment, including steel die cutting, CNC routing machines and CAD/CAM 3D software to customize case interiors. Our technology allows us to construct the type of foam you need as well as cut the foam to your specifications. Our CNC machines provide the ultimate control in precision-cutting and are used for a wide variety of applications. Our steel die cutting machines create precise and accurate shapes in the foam interior to fit your equipment. With CAD/CAM software we have the capability to take a concept from design to production seamlessly. Our main sectors are Israel Defence Forces, air and ground military industries, government security offices, high-tec industries, medical equipment and devices, aviation & aerospace. We are Authorized suppliers of Rafael, Elbit, IDF, Orbotech, HP-indigo and others. We are capable to meet all specs, such as MIL-STD 810 G/F, UN,NATO, ASTM, STANAG 4280, ip-67, DEF-STD, Clean room spec up to class 100,000 ROHS.
