We are completing a deliberate effort of remodeling the facility and strengthening our partnerships. We now en... ter a creative phase of expanding our youth development programs, improving health outcomes for our members, continuing our facility improvements and becoming known for changing peoples lives with measurable results. We will recruit additional volunteers, provide additional benefits for part-time employees, give annual increases, and celebrate and recognize staff teams. 2. Program growth and capacity. We will strengthen youth development partnerships, strengthen wellness partnerships, focus on developing our existing aquatic programs, and improve data collection. 3. Population Health Management. We will secure additional funding to continue programs, expand partnerships and agreements, and continue to be open and available to inquiries. 4. Facility Improvements. We will continue remodeling, expand programming and facilities in Eagle Point, conduct a feasibility study and make a long-term facility plan, and grow the facility and operating reserve. The YMCA is supported by the community through dues, fees and donations. We are a 3 million dollar organization with revenues of approximately 30% in membership dues, 55% in program fees and 15% in donations. We spend approximately 66% on wages, 10% on occupancy, 9% on supplies & equipment, 2% on financing and 13% on other expenses including depreciation.
