Roderick Arms provides a full range of manufacturing capability ranging from CNC turning and milling, OD and ID grinding, surface grinding, gun drilling, tapping, threading, stamping, punching, tool and die design, and manufacturing. We have a CAM system for part programming, and a coordinate measuring machine for inspection. SPC/SQC charts are als... o provided upon request. Roderick Arms has the capability of machining a wide variety of materials, a few of which are aluminum, steel castings, inconel 605, 6AL-4V titanium, brass, ni-nest, and alloy steel bar. Day to day operations are controlled through the use of a dedicated on-line computer system integrating all aspects of order entry, shop status, inventory, purchasing and accounting.
