Firefighters are trained to not only extinguish structure and wildland fires, but also provide emergency medical services. Rocky Mountain Fire transports patients to area hospitals with paramedic ambulances. Additionally, we provide technical rescue in industrial and wilderness environments and hazardous material spill response. As part of our overall commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our residents, we provide education and prevention for schools and businesses, including wildfire preparedness and prevention. The District is committed to the fiscally responsible use of public funds. We take great pride in preparing for the future through the efficient use of those funds. All levels of the organization are involved in maintaining the financial trust of those whom we serve. We incorporate professionalism in all that we do. Whether responding to a fire, teaching fire prevention to school children, creating defensible space around a mountain property, or responding to a heart attack, we are there to meet the ever-changing needs of the public.
