Rockwall ISDs 20 campuses earned the states highest rating, Met Standard, while the district accountability rating received an A, according to the Texas Education Agencys preliminary accountability rating system that will go into effect 2019-2020. The new A-F accountability rating is based on student achievement on the high-stakes STAAR test. The c... ompany is proud of the hard work of the company's students and teachers.
