Rick Trepp is a prominent and well respected authority in the field of structured finance, providing the real estate market with non-partisan expertise in structured finance and software analytics since he founded Trepp & Company, Inc. in 1979 as a vehicle to incubate his entrepreneurial concepts. One of the companies formed through this incubator, Trepp, LLC, has grown to become the industry standard provider of information, analytics and technology to the CMBS, commercial real estate and banking markets.
