Robert Allison Custom Homes was founded by Robert Allison. Through his professional and educational experiences, Robert developed his business. He worked his way up through the ranks and studied the construction business at the collegiate level as well. Robert's career began as a helper on a roofing crew at the age of twelve. There he learned the b... asics of work ethic and the satisfaction of a job well done. From there he went on to learn such trades as painting, fencing, dry-walling, framing and foundation construction. By the time he was in college he put himself through school at Texas A&M University by owning his own remodeling and home improvements business. After graduating A&M with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Construction Science, he went into business with his brother Grant at Allison Custom Homes, LLC. Building homes along the gulf coast (in Bay City, TX) invaluable knowledge was gained concerning construction of homes that had to meet the stringent windstorm certification set forth by the Texas Department of Insurance.Read More
