Its something I have pondered throughout my own lifewondering and questioning whether or not I have chosen that road. Am I walking down a path less traveled one that is often challenging, dark and lonely? Or, am I walking down the path that is easy, comfortable and bathed in sunlight? Answering that question has not always been easy, nor is it something Ive even wanted to think about at times. But, I have found that I have attempted (not always successfully!) to take more challenging paths in my life; however, what made going down that path more palatable and less fraught with anxiety were the people in my lifefamily, friends, teachers (and pets!)those who knew me, could support me, cheer me on and help me navigate those roads less traveled. It has made all the difference in the world and helped me become the person I believe I was destined to be. What about youwhat has your journey been like? Have YOU taken roads less traveled? Someone that would walk side by side with you as your work your way down that road? This is my approach to life and to the therapeutic relationship. I am here to be that navigator, to be there with you during your struggles, your problems, the highs and lows and anything that is blocking your ability to walk down that path. My goal is to be empathetic, empower you, provide insight and create a trusting environment so that you can be safely vulnerable.
