Shanya is on a mission to build a better future for fashion. Starting her journey with Tumnus and Coclo then became the first recipient of TWOGOOD grant and nominated for Yarra Sustainability Awards. Having worked as a stylist and within the advertising industry for over 10 years, she has developed an empathy for customers and a strong understanding of the business processes within the fashion industry. Shanya has a keen propensity for analytical thinking and business problem solving. Natalie - an incredibly passionate retailer with over 15 years experience in Fashion Buying and Fashion Tech. She worked in software companies that specifically target better practice with a view to move the industry towards being less wasteful, more sustainable and ethical all whilst utilising the latest technology. Parts of the companies she has worked for have been acquired by Amazon. Rntr. was founded on the idea that updating your wardrobe should be fun, fuss-free and friendlier on the environment. From this desire to experience clothing in a new way, we pledge to help brands create a platform for their members that value accessibility rather than ownership . Rntr. believes that to make a shift in the fashion industry toward sustainability, we need brands to participate in the sharing economy.
