Being a mom might be the best thing that ever happened to Rhea. But being with her daughter as often as she wanted to be might not be possible if she worked on an office job. Traffic alone consumes 3 hours of her daily life! So she left her passion for Chemistry and started her online freelancing journey in 2014 as a Virtual Assistant and then bein... g a Project Manager one month after. She engaged being a mompreneur, too, in 2018. In early 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, Rhea co-founded RMC VA Operations together with two hard-working mothers - Micah and Christine, with the thought of helping fellow moms in building their home-based career other than just being a housewife and a mother. They brought together their years of experience as home-based workers/entrepreneurs and expertise to build this business. They are also humbled and grateful for the friends and connections who have helped them get started and supported them along the way. With her more than 6 years in the business, Rhea is showing no signs of slowing down as she continues to add exciting and inspiring chapters to her already remarkable life. A supermom, a loving wife, and a good daughter, that is what Micah is known for. Putting her family first before anything else is what pushed her to switch her career from being a traditional worker for a local company to a remote worker for different clients overseas since 2014.
