At the age of fifteen he became one of the youngest professional whitewater kayakers in the world. His list of first descents is long and detailed. While competing and traveling, he also perfected his skills as a videographer. Eventually, Dustin landed back in Southern Oregon, and returned to the family business. Dustin has been the Operations Manager since 2010. His focus is on building green results in creating tight, energy efficient homes with lower utility bills for buyers to enjoy for years to come If you enjoy hiking our amazing trails in the Rogue Valley, then you have prob-ably seen Ray and Laura out with their beautiful dog, Buddy. Ray and Laura enjoy creating a fun and easy process to customize your home in an easy and efficient manner. Ray grew up building houses with his father, and maintaining the family tradition by passing those skills on to his sons, Brandon and Dustin.
