In 2004 we saw the need for a consignment boutique of this kind in Modesto, thus Ritzy Ragz & Thingz under the ownership of Jen & Sharon was born. We wanted a store that was selective in what we accepted keeping to a criteria of "Unique, Fashionable, Funky & Fun". In addition to the clothes we put out for sale we wanted to offer our clients a consi... gnment store with a boutique feel in a clean, fresh environment. Yet our top priority is to make sure our clients could shop in a atmosphere where they felt like they were escaping, somewhere they could relax and shop in a environment that catered to their needs for whatever the occasion they were shopping for. We felt it necessary to always be honest in our opinions when asked and we have stressed that message, with our employees. Its not about the sale, its about the client being happy and feeling great about what they walk out our doors with. People shop consignment for many reasons... variety, one-of-a-kind items, and price. We are told that people shop Ritzy Ragz for all that and the personal, one on one service they receive nowhere else but here!
