I have also enjoyed the opportunity to develop talent with Target Corp. as an Executive Team Leader of Logistics in Santa Rosa, CA. My role had oversight of the largest collection of work-centers in an $85+ million building with over 100 team members reporting in Q4 2013-Q2 2014. Further in my career journey I opted to become community focused as a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Eureka and a member and strong contributor to the United Way Regional Council. I was published as a top contributing Target Region 200 Community Leader at Target Corp, as identified in Targets Vibe Magazine March-June, 2014. As a dynamic, resourceful and effective leader who has emphasis on development and sustainability, I am passionate about team growth and advancement. As for my personal growth, recently as of January 2016 I have achieved a Certificate of Project Management from Sonoma State University. I further possess a current California Teachers Credential and a Bachelors of Arts in Social Sciences from San Diego State University, graduation in 2007.
