Im Rita Keller and I am passionate about the CPA profession. I am not a CPA but I have worked in the fascinating world of CPA firm management for over 30 years. My mission is to simply make a positive difference in how CPAs manage their firms and prepare their people for the future. Solutions for CPA Firm Leaders is my blog and I have been writing... and posting it daily since January 2, 2006. It is focused on one topic: Management of an Accounting Practice. For 14 years, I was named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People In Accounting by Accounting Today. One of my favorite activities is working one-on-one with people in the accounting profession. I do telephone advisory sessions with managing partners, chief operating officers, practice managers, PIC of offices, HR directors and specific accounting managers and staff in public accounting firms nationwide. Working, hands-on, in a growing, successful CPA firm for 30 years is where I developed my reputation for efficient, forward-thinking firm management. I have also enjoyed and benefitted from serving on several boards and committees for national and state CPA organizations. I continue to write my daily blog. I strive to make a positive difference.
