Whether its quiet solitude, therapeutic healing and yoga, connecting with community or having fun, you will find it with us. A short while ago, I decided to pack it in and move out of the city. I came to a little rental cottage in Kendal. Within days of arrival, I went for a walk and came upon this tranquil haven and immediately knew I belonged here. My family and I want to share this special oasis with you. Not only will you sleep peacefully in your cozy guest room and be nourished by a sumptuous home-made buffet breakfast, but our location offers the opportunity to slow down and breathe in renewal and joy. Were only an hour from Toronto, less than 30 minutes from Kawartha Lakes (Lindsay & Peterborough) and Port Hope, and minutes from Durham Region, Rice Lake and Lake Ontario at the Port of Newcastle.
