These are unique circumstances. We are following the government guidelines closely and the safety and well being of both our customers and our staff is our utmost priority. You will find that dining at Rise may be a little different than you're used to but with your support with our new systems in place, your experience will be just as enjoyable. B... elow, are a few of the changes we have had to make, as per the government's guidelines. Please read carefully and if you have any further questions regarding your booking, please call the restaurant on 01308 422011 * Anyone with any COVID-19 symptoms and in a household with somebody with symptoms will not enter the premises. * We are only be accepting card payments. Cash payments will not be accepted. * Please wait to be seated at the front door or by the please wait to be seated signs - this is to ensure the safety of all customers. * Masks MUST be worn at all times when on your feet in the building; arriving, leaving and going to the bathroom. These should be the only reasons to leave your table. Once at the table and sat down, the masks may be removed. *We can only take bookings and tables of groups of a maximum of 6 people providing you are be from one household or one bubble. *You cannot book two tables and request to sit together, or be split across multiple tables * We kindly ask you to remain at your table once seated unless the bathrooms are needed; we will only be offering table service, no ordering at the bar. * Tables will have a 1 hr 30 mins or 2hr seating time; this allows for dining, followed by 15mins of deep cleaning.
