Founded by Dr. Greg Appelt, Rise Commercial Developments (risecommercial.ca) has partnered with medical professionals across Canada to develop over half a million sq. ft. of commercial real estate. A born entrepreneur, Dr. Appelt followed an unconventional path, first earning his MD from the University of Manitoba before turning his attention to re... al estate. His first commercial venture was the construction of his own medical building. With its successful completion, Greg knew he'd discovered a new obsession.
