Ridgeline Heating and Cooling

This past winter, during the below zero days, our propane stove went out. I called the company that we purchased it from and told them what had happened. Without even looking at the stove, they wanted me to order a $600 part for what they thought was wrong. When I asked for a time frame for the repair, they could not tell me because they had no ide... a when the part would arrive and when they would be able to come out to replace the part. This did not feel right, so I called Mike and Ellenmarie! The next day, Mike was at my house after his normal day if work, examining each part of the stove and explaining the exact problems. He was able to give me several recommendations for short and long term options. Because of the age of our stove, we opted to purchase a new model. Mike had the quote options to me the following day. The decision was made for the model and cost, then he was able to install it directly on the day of delivery. When I called the other company to cancel the service, they still had not even ordered the part. If it hadnt had been for Ridgeline Heating and Cooling, we would have had a very cold couple of weeks! We will recommend Ridgeline to anyone who is looking for heating and cooling services and products.
