Hardware Agents Pty Ltd trading as Ridge Logistics was formed in 1979 by good friends Brian Antunovich and Peter Thackray. Since 2006 the business has been owned and managed by two of Peter's sons, David and John Thackray, who have a sole focus on 3PL warehousing and distribution. Both joined the company in 1999 after earlier experience in the ware... housing and transport industry. The company is a well-established family owned business with no external debt. We are large enough to benefit from substantial economies of scale which, combined with our low-cost business model, means we are very competitive in the 3PL market.
