Ri is managed and led by Nick Chadd, Managing Director who boasts over thirty years in the Construction industry, starting out as an apprentice bricklayer and using his vision and experience to build the business he has today. Nick is very much a hands on director and maintains client relationships going back over many years. It is Nicks drive, pas... sion and ambition that shapes the business and ensures its success in a tough marketplace. RIs Commercial Director is Matt Hanlan. Matt has a broad and extensive range of experience over many years encompassing both commercial and construction management. He works closely with Nick, heading up the commercial team to ensure that all commercial aspects are responsibly managed, this means continued progression for the company at a steady and established pace. The day to day operational management of our sites is carried out by our Operations Director, John Mossman, who has extensive experience within the industry and like our MD, has a 'hands on' approach and maintains close connections with all our sites. Our Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, Mark Simpson, has over 30 years experience within Health & Safety management roles in the Construction Industry. He is a member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (TechIOSH) and also a member of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (MIIRSM). We have achieved certification with Chas, Contructionline and the Considerate Constructors Schemes and hold ISO Certifications 9001, 14001 and 45001. With a current turnover in excess of £12 million and healthy order books running well into the third quarter of 2022, RI Works Ltd is quietly confident that we can continue to provide a dynamic, experienced a thoroughly professional service to the UK Construction industry.
