Rhino has been providing top-notch building services to the North West for 25 years and as dedicated contractors, we've been invited to take part in a truly exciting new build. There are a few things that have got us excited this month; not only have we been blessed with some amazing weather of late (meaning we can put up conservatories and sort ou... t some leaky roofs while enjoying the rays), we've been approached to participate in a very special series! Our team will be donating our industry expertise to support BBC's DIY SOS when the show comes to Blackpool on June 28th. Our energy and efforts will be supporting local charity Blackpool Carers Centre, and we couldn't be happier to provide our services to such a worthy cause. The DIY SOS team is set to transform a dilapidated building on Newton Drive into a much needed new centre for young carers as part of the Big Build for Children in Need. Essential to Blackpool Carers Centre, the new location will provide support for all unpaid young carers that provide invaluable help to loved ones facing illnesses and more. The Rhino family will be with DIY SOS as they film the episode over a 10-day period. We'll be donating a team of 6 during a 2-day rip out and then 2 'Rhinos' will be spending the remaining days fitting uPVC windows, doors, plastering the property and much more to bring it up to Rhino standards over the next 8 days until the project is complete.
