Rhonda Smith has over 20 years experience in loan and credit administration, loan review, and handling special assets. She is a former Commissioned Examiner with the FDIC and is the only person in Alabama to earn the ABA designation of Certified Lender Business Banker. She has developed internal loan review programs in various financial institutions. She most recently served as Senior Vice President for Credit Administration in an Alabama financial institution. Gregory Smith has worked in the financial services industry since 1974. He has worked in De Novo institutions as well as multi-bank holding company environment.
