The Founder of REX Education Consultancy, Nilufer TOPALOGLU PYPER was born in Istanbul, TURKEY and moved to London at the age of 6 with her parents in 1971. After studying Business and Finance and Foundation to Child Psychiatry and Counselling, she started working for the Turkish Embassy Education Department in 1986. During the 24 year of her emplo... yment at the Embassy, PYPER gained vast experience and contacts. PYPER is familiar with both the UK Education System and the Turkish Education system and she has visited all the schools she works with in person which helps her to advise the selection of possible courses for new students. Her warm and caring personality reflects on all the students that she works with and advises. January 2010 her book T is for Turkey was launched. REX EDUCATION CONSULTANCY is based in London.
