About Revolution Barber
The Philadelphia native wanted to bring the city to Jersey by opening a modern version of a traditional barbershop. With over 15 years experience in the industry, Courtney is a licensed barber, cosmetologist, educator, and massage therapist in NJ, PA and SC. She worked at a barbershop in Philadelphia for 3 years before opening her own where she honed her barber craft and rekindled her love for the industry and specifically barbering. Revolution Barber Company was opened in July 2015 by Courtney Caruso. I believe in standards not rules. My standards consist of honesty, cleanliness, consistency, and the ability to remain humble. I believe that if my staff also believes in these standards, we can continue to grow and be successful. I hire people not based on their skill level, but on their personality.
