Revelation Construction & Development, LLC was founded by Matt Breuer and Shawn Walters. Revelation specializes in custom residential homes, rental property, commercial development, remodeling and developing land in the Midwest and the Lake of the Ozarks area. Matt Breuer has an extensive background in contracting, development, rental properties, a... nd financial services. He formerly owned the local Sears® store in Osage Beach, MO. Matt resides with his wife, Kelly and their 4 children in Lake Ozark. Kelly has a background in business, real estate, and property management as well. They are active and serve in their church and local community. Shawn Walters, was a native to the lake area. His wife, Andrea, along with their 2 children, lives in Camdenton. Shawn was a tremendous person, father, partner, and a successful builder and developer of dozens of quality homes at the lake for over a decade, until his passing in 2016. Under Matt's leadership, Revelation Construction continues developing and constructing several multi-family, senior, and residential projects in the city limits of Osage Beach, Camdenton, Lake Ozark, and Waynesville. We are also building custom lake view and luxury lake front homes in Kahala Estates, Casa Del Lago, Camelot Estates and around the entire lake area.
