I spent over 25 years in restaurant management, both in the quick service restaurants, and full service restaurants. There is very little that I haven't seen. One of the challenges that I was always had was who to call for basic building repairs, and how many different companies I would have to deal with. Within a 6 month period of time I would be... dealing with plumbers, carpenters, tile companies -- the list goes on and on. Never really knowing if I was getting a fair deal or not. Then there's the Handyman who comes out who has no idea how a restaurant operates, showing up during the lunch rush and wants to discuss the shelf on the cook's line that he came out to fix.
