As you well know, vague or inaccurate product description can result in delays and inaccurate quotes. How do you receive a quote? R&R Group, Inc. can provide a written quote by fax or by e-mail which ever you prefer. We also send the original quote by mail each week so you have the hard copy as well. Will you contact our insured if we want you to? Yes! Only if you wish for us to do so! When we contact your insureds we tell them that we are a separate company that works with major insurance companies across the US. We will go over the replacement items with the insured and tell them they have the option to replace thru R&R Group, Inc. or replace the items themselves.
