The company born and established in 2009 and was registered in 2011 as Rendus Tank Suppliers. We are a registered body builder (manufacturer) and are registered with the NRCS witch is a subdivision of the SABS and the Department of Transport (D.O.T.). We manufacture Diesel Bowsers, Honey Suckers, Water Bowsers, Dropsides, Curtonsides, Rollbacks and... Tipper bodies. Our tanks are manufactured out of 4.5mm mild steel or 3CR12 steel (depends on customer's requirement). The Honey sucker system includes vacuum pumps, moisture separator tanks, vacuum control valves, press relive valves, vacuum gages, fittings and ball valves (lever gate valves). Vacuum pump can be driven by Petrol/Diesel Engines or Hydraulically. The truck also get new mud guards, mud flaps and chevron brackets and chevron and taillight brackets and taillights accordingly to the NRCS spec. The tank are mounted on to rubber blocks and then on to a sub frame which are the mounted onto the customer's truck. The Diesel tanks are manufactures for control purposes or for resell of fuel purpose. Control purpose diesel bowser are fitted with a control purpose meter and are not suitable for the resell of fuel. Diesel bowsers for the resell of fuel are fitted with a calibrated meter (meter supplied with calibrated certificate). Water bowsers are manufactured for construction use or for drinking water. Water bowser for drinking water are painted in the inside of the tank with a poxy coating. Dropsides, curtonsides, rollbacks, and tipper are manufactures accordingly to customer's specifications.
