Karen Riley currently holds an executive level position expanding her experience in evaluating assets and repositioning under performing communities. Karen holds the certified apartment property supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association. She has over 16 years of property management experience in all areas of the multifam... ily industry including new construction and renovations. Ms. Riley served as Regional Director overseeing the complete operations of 4,000+ multifamily units along with employee training and development of new team members and investor/owner reporting and communications. Karen has a strong background in financial management, identifying and effectively analyzing critical property operations during the disposition, acquisition and due diligence process. She is continually recognized by her peers as a strong leader with a wide array of industry experience. Jason Contreras joined Relik Realty in 2016 as controller. Mr. Contreras is responsible for directing accounts payable, payroll and financial reporting for more than 125 separate business entities. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, cash flow forecasting, cash and capital management. Gina Guajardo is responsible for developing, administering and directing human resource management activities, as the executive who creates and implements strategies for the development and retention of Relik's human capital.
