Reliance Graphics, Inc. is incorporated in the State of New Jersey. It was founded in 1980 by Robert Fetterly. In 1990 we began printing ballots. Since then we have printed ballots for every election in New Jersey. In 2001 we were invited to print ballots in Pennsylvania as well. We are fully insured and bonded. Robert Fetterly, our founder, has be... en serving the election community since 1989, and personally oversees all aspects of print production and mailing. Bob has vast knowledge and experience not just of printing technologies, but also of election law, of the mailing industry, and of postal regulations and practices. Election printing is unpredictable by its nature, and subject to extreme scheduling pressures. Bob is a veteran of hundreds of elections, and has handled every imaginable contingency in election printing. Jack Armstrong, head of our computer service center, has been typesetting and programming election ballots for 18 years. Jack is the author of Election Views, our own ballot typesetting software. He personally creates every ballot we produce. Jack is dedicated to offering our clients the personal attention of a small firm, the resources of a large organization, the experience of a seasoned professional and a commitment to excellence in serving our client. Reliance Graphics has a superb track record. We have been in business for over 25 years under the present management. The company has never had a contract rescinded or a low bid rejected.
