RBI's area of expertise include the development and management of design-build projects, new construction, renovation and alterations of commercial and government buildings and various facilities, residential... housing, military housing installation, HVAC systems, installation of water tanks, antenna towers, high voltage underground cables, power and communication systems, port operations projects, including dredging works, pile driving rock revetment, and various civil works such as road projects, bridge repairs and erosion control. RBI employs over 250 men and women and self performs all vertical and horizontal works. Mechanical and electrical works are subcontracted out to local contractors on Guam. RBI graduated from the U.S. SBA's 8(a) BD program in January 2010 and is a qualified HUBZone Small Business Concern (SBC). RBI's U.S. Treasury listed bonding capacity is $100 million.
