Reliable Auto Repair has been successfully serving the Houston, TX area with quality automotive care since 2008. We are a family owned and operated business that strives for perfection in customer service and first-rate automotive repair. In September of 2008, we first opened shop in northwest Houston with a mere 6 bay facility staffed by 3 technic... ians and one service advisor. We knew in order to succeed we would have to stick to our goals of providing quick, affordable, and quality auto care paired with second to none customer service. We rapidly got to work and quickly became aware of how our community responded. Word got out about our way of business and the customers flooded in. It was then when we realized we needed more room in order to continuously deliver the professional vehicle repair and maintenance the Houston area needed. In the fall of 2010 the Houston area welcomed it's second Reliable Auto Repair shop that would be located at 12145 Perry Rd Houston, TX 77070. This new facility would become home to 8 bays, 4 technicians, and 2 service advisors. The experts here also got to work and our community kept loving it. Our increasing popularity with the locals has allowed us to grow immensely and here at Reliable Auto Repair, we sincerely appreciate it. We truly love supplying our community with our superior automotive services. Our love for providing this community has apparently paid off because in late May of 2018 it was time to grow again. The previous shop we initially opened with had become too small and we decided to move into a new location. This newly constructed facility was equipped with 17 bays, 6 technicians, and 3 service advisors. This brand new shop is now located at 9807 Jones Rd Houston, TX 77065 and is ready to see you come in.
