Our practice involves advising and representing a wide range of clients mainly in the areas of corporate/commercial law, banking, tax, mining and energy and project finance. Much of our work has involved negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements including, but not limited to loan agreements, security documentation such as mortgages, guarantees and performance bonds as well as joint venture agreements and conveyances.
