Copies of remits for your use are available through our clearing house website. Secondary insurance companies and/or patient balances are billed out in a more timely manner with the use of the Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA). Patient collection agencies may now be a part of your past. RMS has partnered with a collection agency to minimize your cost while maximizing patient collections. Our collection agency provides a two-phase collection system: Phase One issues collection letters to patients while Phase Two acts as a collection agency, collecting a fee only when you are paid.
